I am Ayana, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), coach, wife, and mom. I work almost exclusively with women struggling with anxiety and who are living through infertility and repeated pregnancy loss. 

I offer telehealth services. I provide individual, group, and infertility related couples work. By and large, the population that I serve is women, paying special attention to black and brown women and their communities, but my services are for everyone.

My style is eclectic, drawing on several theories & ideas to utilize in sessions.  However, the most significant tenet that I rely on in my work with clients is that they have wisdom within them that they can draw upon to help to change their lives. 

I myself have lived through infertility and repeated pregnancy loss as well as overcome a pregnancy related medical malpractice experience that almost killed me and I am dedicated to this work.
