About the Provider
My focus is to deepen my understanding of the ways in which I relate to myself, with others and with the world. My exploration as an entrepreneur, photographer, community builder, traveler and lifelong student has helped to cultivate my skills as a practitioner. Using the art of acupuncture and herbology as my tools, I gently guide, nudge and aid one’s body and mind to find its own equilibrium. From there, the intelligence of the body knows what to do next. This is what the healing process has taught me. I see myself as a tuning fork for my clients – my collaborators. I am here to hold space. My role is to aid you in your return to inner harmony, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being, in-tune with our true nature so that we can realize our destinies, uninhibited. Initial Acupuncture Session: 90 minutes | $200
Follow-up Session: 60 minutes | $150
HERBAL CONSULTATIONS: The purpose of the initial session is to understand your full health picture; review your medical and social history; discuss your health goals and concerns as well as complete a Chinese Medicine evaluation. A customized herbal formula will be recommended, explained and prepared. Instructions on how to take the herbal formula will also be provided for sustained compliance. After our session, we will discuss your treatment plan going forward. Follow-up visits will include a review of your progress since your last visit coupled with any current health concerns or goals. From there, we will make any necessary changes to your herbal treatment plan.
Initial Herbal Consultation: 45 minutes | $100 + cost of herbs
Follow-up Consultation: 30 minutes | $50 + cost of herbs
TELE-MEDICINE CONSULTATIONS: The purpose of the initial session is to understand your full health picture; review your medical and social history; discuss your health goals and concerns as well as complete a Chinese Medicine evaluation. Remote therapies such as guided acupressure techniques and breathing exercises will be offered. Custom herbal formulas may be offered as needed.
