I want to ensure that you have a great birthing and postpartum experience and that your feel empowered in your  decision-making.The fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum journey are one of the most unpredictable things in life. I' am  here to help you prepare and support you mentally, physically, and emotionally during your journey. In addition, I help prepare you mentally and emotionally for the ‘what ifs.’I believe preparation is key to a positive pregnancy and birthing experience.

Im a board certified women’s health nurse practitioner and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP),with over 10 years of hands-on experience working in every area of obstetrics turned doula and child birth educator. I completed my doctoral evidence based research study on interventions to decrease the rates of maternal mortality and morbidity among women of color. I’m on a mission to improve maternal health outcomes, improve birth equity and reduce maternal health disparities and traumatic birth experiences.
