About the Provider

I am Victoria, your lesbian Full Spectrum Community Doula and yoga teacher. I am passionate about cultivating and sharing accessible tools for self regulating the nervous system, social activism within our reproductive health care system and LGBTQIA+ rights. Recognizing the deep presence of generational trauma within all beings, my hope is through my doula and yoga offerings I can help heal past, present and future generations of epigenetics.

As a Full Spectrum Community Doula, my role within birth work is under a social activism, trauma-informed, and cultural sensitivity lens. It’s about meeting my clients where they are at during a pivotal moment of their life and bringing accessible resources to them. I provide support to my BIPOC LGBTQIA+ community by offering emotional, physical and informational support.

Teaching yoga since 2019, I hold certifications as a Vinyasa E-200 RYT YACEP, Trauma-informed, 85HR RPYT (Prenatal), Postnatal, and Therapeutics yoga. With various yoga offerings, my goal is to provide a space for all humans to feel validated, supported and seen through the current cycle of life they are experiencing. We all deserve to discover and experience a space where it is okay to genuinely be ourselves, however we show up that day without fear of judgement.

Receiving safe, accessible support is essential to all. Being in community is a human need. We are not meant to go through life alone and remember that you don’t have to do everything by yourself, even when the world pressures you into believing you do. My wish is all can learn and understand this through my offerings. I am ready to learn from you too. May we impact one another to lift each other up.

All ethnicities, genders, and identities are invited. I look forward to meeting you.
